Computers
The Castlegar Library has 3 public-use computers with Microsoft Office, Internet access and access to a printer (black & white or colour). Wireless internet access is available throughout the library premises. Computer and internet access is free, and computers are available for a maximum of 60 minutes per day on a first-come, first-served basis.

Printing
- Black and white — 10 cents per page (20 cents double-sided)
- Colour — 25 cents per page (50 cents double-sided)
Regular printer paper only. Maximum 100 pages per day .
Send your print job from any computer or device.
- Go to https://print.princh.com/ and enter the printer ID: 110753
- Attach the files that need to be printed and once the file is uploaded, select the gear beside it to configure the printer settings.
- For black and white: 10 cents per page and for colour: 25 cents per page.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Select the “Pay at the desk” option and confirm.
- Name the print job (minimum 4 characters).
- Tell your print job name to someone at checkout desk in the library and we will release your print job. Please note: print jobs expire after 24 hours.
Photocopying
- Black & white copy — 10 cents (double-sided 20 cents)
- Colour copy — 25 cents (double-sided 50 cents)

Scanning to email is available free of charge, with a limit of ten pages.
Fax service — $5.00 per fax.
Digitization station
The library offers two computers for members with a valid library card to use a flatbed scanner and access the graphic design program Corel Graphics Suite. Sessions can be up to two hours long.
Staff are able to assist with basic operations, however, users will be responsible for learning how to use the software on their own with the assistance of help files, how to videos via library subscriptions, or print manuals.
